Perearstid valisid aasta tegija ja ämbri
Foto: ShutterstockTallinna perearstide selts kuulutas täna välja aasta tegija ja aasta ämbri. Aasta tegija tiitel anti perearstide seltsi Covid-töögrupile ning aasta ämbrit vääris perearstide meelest gripivaktsiini ümber toimuv segadus.
Valiku aluseks on perearstide hulgas tehtud küsitlus, milles enim hääli said järgmised kandidaadid.
Aasta tegija nominendid:
Irja Lutsar – aasta naine 2020, mikrobioloog ja viroloog, Tartu ülikooli meditsiinilise mikrobioloogia ja viroloogia professor, Covid-19 tõrje teadusnõukoja juht, kes on Covid-19 pandeemias orienteerumisel oma nõuga abiks ka perearstidele.
Tanel Kiik – sotsiaalminister, kes on aasta tegija kandidaatide rivis tänu oma süvenemisoskusele, põhjalikkusele ja taiplikkusele. Lisaks perearstidele on Tanel Kiik avaldanud muljet ka Tartu ülikoolile, kes tänavu tunnustas ministrit Skytte medaliga panuse eest tõenduspõhise riigivalitsemise edendamisse.
Covid-grupp – Eesti perearstide seltsi juurde moodustatud aktiivgrupp, kes on kui majakas, mis näitab valgust tormisel merel triivivatele laevadele. Grupp tegeleb näiteks juhendite koostamise, IT-lahenduste ning kommunikatsiooniga.
«Aasta tegija tiitli pälvis ülekaalukalt Covid-grupp, kes organiseerus pandeemia alguses väga kiiresti ja aitas koondada ning tõlgendada koroonaviirusega seotud infot nii perearstidele kui patsientidele. Patsiendi esmane tervisenõustaja on ikka perearst ja just perearstid on tegutsenud selle nimel, et patsientidele kättesaadav info oleks ühtne ja selgesti mõistetav. Covid-grupi ettevõtmisel sündisid soovitused ja käitumisjuhendid nii perearstidele kui elanikkonnale, korraldati perearstide kaugtöö küsimusi, tegeleti vabatahtlike kokku koondamise ja COVID-19-patsientide haldamisega seotud IT-lahendustega ning kaitsevahendite hankimise küsimustega,» põhjendas valikut Tallinna perearstide Seltsi juht dr Reet Laidoja.

Koroonaviirus – pandeemia 2020, rohkem sõnu ei olegi vaja.
Koroonaviiruse kiirtestid – valitsuse otsus võtta kasutusele SARS-CoV-2 antikehade kiirtestid ei ole meditsiiniliselt põhjendatud ning seetõttu ei ole võimalik ka testide tulemustest järeldada, kas inimene on haigestunud, haiguse läbi põdenud või terve.
Segadused gripivaktsiiniga – kuidas kaitsta riskigruppe vaktsiinvälditavate haiguste eest, kui vaktsiini pole kuskilt võtta?
«Eesti elanikkonna hõlmatus gripivastase vaktsineerimisega on üks Euroopa Liidu väiksemaid ning suremus gripi tüsistustesse üks suuremaid. Sel sügisel oli patsientide huvi ennast vaktsineerida väga suur, kahjuks ei jätkunud vaktsiini mitmetele soovijatele, sealhulgas riskigrupi patsientidele, kelle pärast perearstid olid eriti mures. Põhjendused, miks Eestisse ei jõudnud piisaval hulgal vaktsiini, jäid ebaselgeks. Aasta ämber ei ole häbiposti löömine, vaid soovime sellega tähelepanu juhtida kitsaskohtadele, millega tuleb rohkem tegeleda,» selgitas Tallinna perearstide seltsi juhatuse liige dr Laura Prett.
